Referral Programme: How to Earn Credits for Every Practitioner You Refer

What is the referral programme?

The referral programme lets you receive a credit of 10% of the monthly payment of every practitioner who joined Tipulim through your personal link. The credit is deducted from the monthly charge of your own subscription. There is no limit on the number of practitioners you can refer or on how long the credit lasts, as long as the practitioner you referred keeps paying.

How to refer

1. Under Referrals in the menu you find your personal link, which looks like tipulim.app/pricing?ref= followed by your clinic address.
2. Copy it and send it to practitioners who might be a fit for the system.
3. The practitioner enters through the link, chooses a plan and signs up. The referral is recorded at sign-up.

A practitioner who signs up without going through your link will not be recorded as your referral, so send the link itself and not only the name of the system. For someone who does not know the system yet, you can point them to the article about everything the system does and the getting started guide.

How the credit is calculated

• The credit is 10% of the amount actually charged to the practitioner you referred in that month. If they benefit from a coupon or a discount, the amount is smaller accordingly, because the credit is not calculated from the list price.
• A credit is created only in a month in which the practitioner paid. A month without a successful charge produces no credit.
• For each practitioner you referred, one credit is created per month, and the amount is rounded to a whole shekel.
• The credit waits for the next automatic monthly charge of your subscription, and is then deducted from it. If it covers the whole amount, that month passes without a charge.

Example

At the list price of the Professional plan, 149 ₪ a month, the credit is about 15 ₪ a month for each practitioner who pays the full price. Five such practitioners earn you about 75 ₪ a month, and ten about 150 ₪, which roughly covers the whole monthly subscription on that plan. The prices on the pricing page are the current prices, and the actual credit depends on what each practitioner pays.

How to see your referrals

The referrals page shows the practitioners you referred, when each one joined and whether their subscription is currently active, and also the amount of credit waiting for the next charge.

Tips for sharing

The link works best when it arrives in context. Send it to a colleague who told you they still manage appointments by phone or in a paper diary, and say in one sentence what you yourself do in the system. You can also add it to your email signature or to a message in a professional group, subject to the rules of the group. It is important that the practitioner enters through the full link, including the part after ?ref=, otherwise the referral will not be recorded.

Frequently asked questions

Do I receive money? No. The credit reduces the charge of your own subscription and is not paid in cash.

What if the practitioner I referred stops paying? Then no further credit is created for that practitioner, because the credit is created only in months in which they paid.

What does a practitioner who enters through the link see? The pricing page, and from there they go on to sign up with the plan they chose. The reference to you is kept throughout sign-up.

Is there a cap on the number of referrals? No.
