Getting Started: How to Launch with tipulim.app in 5 Minutes

In short: you sign up, fill in your business details, and on the quick setup screen you set a treatment place, a first treatment and your weekly hours. As soon as they are saved, your clinic is open for booking, and you get a link to share with patients.

Step 1: Sign Up

Signing up takes less than a minute. Choose the plan that fits you, enter your name and email, and you can start right away.

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile

Set your business name, specialty, phone number, logo, and subdomain address.

Step 3: Set Up Services and Locations

Add your treatment types — name, description, duration, and price. Set up your clinic location(s) and operating hours.

Step 4: Share Your Link

Your site is ready! Share the link with patients. They can book appointments, pay, and get reminders — all automatically.

Step 5: Connect a Payment Provider

To let patients pay online, connect a payment provider. Seven providers are supported: Sumit, PayPlus, Meshulam, Morning, Tranzila, CardCom, and iCount. Go to Settings → Payments, choose a provider, and enter your API keys. Full guide.

Step 6: Branding and Design

Make the site yours: choose a design template, upload a logo, adjust colors, and edit the text. Go to Management → Design, and Management → Content. Full guide.

Step 7: Set Up Notifications

The system sends automatic reminders to patients. In Settings → Notifications, choose which messages to send and on which channel. Full guide.

What signup asks for

Choose a plan.
Create an account with an email and a password, or sign up with Google. The password needs at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a digit.
Verify your email with the 6-digit code that was sent to it.
Fill in your business details: business name, your site address, specialization and phone. The site address uses English letters and hyphens only, and ends with tipulim.app. You also choose a business type and enter a 9-digit business or company number.
Accept the practitioner terms of use and the data processing addendum.
At the payment step you see the terms of the plan you chose, and if you have a coupon code you can enter it.

A payment provider, a logo and a sender address for emails can be set later, from the account settings. The system is sold to registered businesses and clinics only.

What opens the clinic for booking

Until a business profile, a treatment place, a first treatment and working hours are set, a banner at the top of the admin explains that the clinic is not yet available for booking and shows what is missing. The quick screen asks for only three things: where you treat, what the first treatment is (name, length and price) and which days and hours you accept appointments. The suggestions are prefilled according to the specialization you chose, and nothing is saved until you click save. The calendar opens for booking only after saving. You can also let the AI assistant set it up for you.

After the clinic is open

You will see a message that the clinic is open for booking, with the link patients use to book. You can copy it or share it on WhatsApp, and put it in an Instagram bio or an email signature. There is also a shortcut there for importing patients from a file.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the treatments and hours later? Yes. You can add places and treatments, block days and change hours in the calendar at any time. See system settings.

Do I have to connect a payment provider to start? No. You can open the clinic for booking and connect a provider later.

How do I add a secretary? From the Staff page, by an email invitation. See adding a secretary.
