What one appointment goes through
- A patient books on your clinic page, at an address that ends with tipulim.app.
- If you connected a payment provider, they can pay at the time of booking.
- If you set every appointment to require approval, the appointment waits for your approval.
- The appointment appears in the calendar, and if you connected Google Calendar it is written there too.
- The patient gets a confirmation and a reminder before the appointment, and if the treatment type is video, also a link to join.
All of this happens in one place, without copying details between tools.
What each plan includes
The current plans and prices are on the pricing page. In terms of capabilities, from the Professional plan you get payments, treatment cards, multiple locations, medical records, campaigns and Google Calendar sync. Premium adds built-in video, AI transcription and summaries, advanced accounting and your own domain.
Moving from another system
You can import patients from a CSV file, up to 500 at a time, where name, email and phone are required fields. You can also import future appointments from a CSV file. At signup you choose a specialization, and the opening suggestions for the treatment type, its length and its price are matched to it. You can change any suggestion before saving.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to connect a payment provider? No. You can work without online payment. When you want to collect online, connect one of the providers: Sumit, PayPlus, Meshulam, Morning, Tranzila, CardCom or iCount. See the payment providers setup guide.
Can I add a secretary? Yes, with limited access to the calendar and appointments, and no access to the medical record. See adding a secretary.
Who is the system for? Registered businesses and clinics only, not private or family use.
